Lincoln City Visitors Guide
Lincoln City offers a plethora of fun in the sun. There are plenty of beach areas for swimming and beachcombing or from mid fall to early spring you can watch the migrating whale along its coastline. You will find meandering trails, coves and fields where you can enjoy bird watching, and see breath taking views.
Often called the “kite capital of the world”, Lincoln City was named by Kitelines Magazine as one the best places to fly kites in North America. Consequently, its perfect patterns (due to its location on the 45th parallel) ensure that even the novices will have a truly awe inspiring kite flying experience. While in Lincoln City, you can participate in Kite Festivals, take kite building workshops, and even kite flying lessons.
